I submit you a first designing proposal detailing different solutions and the corresponding ROI. After concertation for defining the most appropriate solution, business proposal with technical features agreed are done in order to conclude a purchase agreement.

After receipt of the order, schedule of the different steps is defined. It includes the supplying of the different components. When the assembly of the machine is achieved, samples are manufactured from the first trials and submitted for your approval.

The process is relocated in the manufacturing site after the last adjustments. Initial samples are then submitted for your definitive approval. Please note that samples are under control reports and quality dossier according ISO9001:V2015(ongoing certification) for your definitive approval. Following of the process evolution and resolving issues after the garanty period (12/24 months) are optionnal.

2016-2017
Awarded in MICRONORA EXHIBITION 2016 and by the ‘TROPHEE DE L INNOVATION 2017’ for the industrialization of aluminium cones for the PHANTOM of DEVIALET. MECADECOUPE becomes the leader of aluminium cones manufacturing
